Goldman Sachs picks 2.76% stake in Just Dial

Goldman Sachs has picked 2.76% stake in Just Dial for Rs 2,429 million on Monday. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius has purchased 1.44 million shares while Goldman Sachs Singapore bought 0.5 million shares in the company. The purchase price was Rs 1,252 a share. 

On the other hand, Tiger Global has sold 3.41% stake in the local search engine provider for Rs 3005.50 million. Tiger Global Four JD Holdings sold 1.48 million shares while Tiger Global Five Indian Holdings sold 0.91 million shares in the company. The sale was happened at a price of Rs 1,252.30 a share.

Shares of the company gained Rs 10.95, or 0.84%, to settle at Rs 1,319.70. The total volume of shares traded was 54,060 at the BSE (Monday).
