Godrej Properties, one of the leading real estate developers, witnessed a rise in share price on Wednesday after it has added a new project off Kankapura Road, in South Bengaluru to its development portfolio.
The developer in partnership with the APG anchored investment platform has entered into an agreement to sell with the vendor for a land parcel measuring approximately 18 acres.
Shares of the company gained Rs 5.7, or 2.31%, to trade at Rs 252.50. The total volume of shares traded was 7,087 at the BSE (12.46 p.m., Wednesday).
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 156.79% to 44,899 compared with 22-day average volume of 17,485.
