Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, said Friday the company has completed Phase 1 at Godrej Gold County, Bengaluru. It has commenced handing over the villas to its customers. A total of 33 villas are being delivered under this phase.
Godrej Gold County is spread over approximately 12.8 acres and comprises of 87 villas and 22 townhomes. Customers can choose from multiple sizes of contemporarily designed residences ranging in size from 2611 sq. ft. to 4113 sq. ft., at prices starting from Rs 19 million.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1, or 0.37%, to trade at Rs 269.30. The total volume of shares traded was 32,906 at the BSE (3.33 p.m., Friday).
