Godrej Properties disclosed a sharp rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.24 times to Rs 1,235.86 million from Rs 551.92 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter for the quarter rose 4.96 times to Rs 14,585.13 million, compared with Rs 2,939.74 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 11.32 percent as compared to 19.30 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 1,651.62 million, compared with Rs 567.39 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 5.32, registering 2.27 times growth over previous year period.
