The International crude oil price of Indian Basket gained 5.31% to USD 49.37 a barrel (bbl) on Sept. 01, 2015 as against USD 46.88 a bbl on Aug. 31, 2015.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 3,271.26 a bbl on Sept. 01, 2015 as compared to Rs 3,108.61 a bbl on Aug. 31, 2015.

Rupee closed stronger at Rs 66.26 per USD on Sept. 01, 2015 as against Rs 66.31 per USD on Aug. 31, 2015.

Indian markets flat on Wednesday. At 11.03 a.m, the Sensex was trading up 10.42 points or 0.04% at 25,706.86 with 9 components gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 38.95 points or 0.50% at 7,824.80 with 18 components gaining.
