The International crude oil price of Indian Basket declined 5.51% to USD 46.65 a barrel (bbl) on Sept. 02, 2015 as against USD 49.37 a bbl on Sept. 01, 2015.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket decreased to Rs 3,086.36 a bbl on Sept. 02, 2015 as compared to Rs 3,271.26 a bbl on Sept. 01, 2015.

Rupee closed stronger at Rs 66.16 per USD on Sept. 02, 2015 as against Rs 66.26 per USD on Sept. 01, 2015.

Indian equities bounced back on Thursday snapping earlier losses. At 10.29 a.m, the Sensex was trading up 244.04 points or 0.96% at 25,697.60 with 26 components gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 90.35 points or 1.17% at 7,807.35 with 43 components gaining.
