Foseco India said a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 3.16 times to Rs 68.16 million from Rs 21.57 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter rose 14.27% to Rs 642.88 million, compared with Rs 563 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 10.67, registering 3.16 times growth over previous year period.
