Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Rolta India over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 159 basis points to 14.36 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 15.95 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

On the otherhand, DIIs' shareholding was unchanged at 2.54 percent at the end of September 2014.

Non Institutions were holding 31.33 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 150 basis points from 29.83 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Corporate bodies were holding 3.76 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 10 basis points from 3.66 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Promoters have raised shareholding in Rolta India over the last three months. Promoters have raised shareholding by 35 basis points to 51.02 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 50.67 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.75, or 0.69%, to trade at Rs 109.90. The total volume of shares traded was 111,624 at the BSE (12.19 p.m., Tuesday).
