Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL), the real estate development company in India. FIIs' shareholding increased by 108 basis points to 42.54 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 41.46 percent as on Jun. 30, 2014.
However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) shareholding in the company was unchanged. DIIs' shareholding in the company was at 0.19% at the end of September 2014 quarter.
Non Institutions were holding 21.11 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 108 basis points from 22.19 percent as on Jun. 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 6.89 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 29 basis points from 7.18 percent as on Jun. 30, 2014.
On the other hand, promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 36.16 percent at the end of September 2014.
