Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced shareholding in Bayer CropScience over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding increased by 350 basis points to 8.62 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 5.12 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

DIIs' shareholding decreased by 338 basis points to 10.92 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 14.3 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Non Institutions were holding 11.5 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 12 basis points from 11.62 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Corporate bodies were holding 3.57 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 3 basis points from 3.6 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 68.96 percent at the end of September 2015.
