Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Bajaj Auto over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding increased by 283 basis points to 17.76 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 14.93 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

On the other hand, Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced shareholding in Bajaj Auto over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding decreased by 292 basis points to 8.13 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 11.05 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Non Institutions were holding 24.8 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 4 basis points from 24.76 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Corporate bodies were holding 8.25 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 5 basis points from 8.2 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.

Promoters have raised shareholding by 5 basis points to 49.29 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 49.24 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
