Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in Infosys over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding increased by 303 basis points to 40.99 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 37.96 percent as on Mar 31, 2015. At the same time, DIIs' shareholding increased by 102 basis points to 16.11 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 15.09 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Non institutions were holding 13.08 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, down 459 basis points from 17.67 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Corporate bodies were holding 0.85 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, up 4 basis points from 0.81 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Shares of the company declined Rs 20.25, or 2.06%, to trade at Rs 961.80. The total volume of shares traded was 144,841 at the BSE (12.48 p.m., Wednesday).
