FIIs cut stake in CRISIL during Q2; DIIs increase exposure

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in CRISIL over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 104 basis points to 7.06 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 8.1 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in CRISIL over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 126 basis points to 11.39 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 10.13 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Non Institutions were holding 14.14 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 22 basis points from 14.36 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Corporate bodies were holding 0.89 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 10 basis point from 0.99 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

On the other hand, promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 67.41 percent at the end of September 2014.

Shares of the company declined Rs 59.5, or 2.99%, to trade at Rs 1,927.20. The total volume of shares traded was 2,532 at the BSE (1.41 p.m., Tuesday).
