Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in IL&FS Transportation Networks over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 61 basis points to 4.84 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 5.45 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in IL&FS Transportation Networks over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 18 basis points to 2.53 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 2.35 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 21.84 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 43 basis points from 21.41 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 7.8 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 40 basis points from 7.4 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Meanwhile, promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 70.79 percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company declined Rs 2.7, or 1.56%, to trade at Rs 170.55. The total volume of shares traded was 6,325 at the BSE (1.50 p.m., Tuesday).
