FID Funds Mauritius has sold 1.09% stake in Mahindra Lifespace Developers for Rs 182.81 million. It sold 0.45 million shares at a price of Rs 410.01 a share on the National Stock Echange (NSE).

On Tuesday, Mahindra Lifespace Developers marked its foray into the Bengaluru market, by announcing the upcoming launch of its premium project, Windchimes on Banerghatta main road.

Shares of the company gained Rs 28.85, or 7.08%, to trade at Rs 436.10. The total volume of shares traded was 22,111 at the BSE (11.54 a.m., Wednesday).
