Eros International Media, a leading company in the Indian film entertainment industry, announced the record breaking success of its latest release, Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the box office. The movie collected Rs 1.02 billion NBOC (net box office) in India and Rs 510 million (USD 8 million) gross overseas.
The film has also collected an astounding Rs 270.5 million in India on Monday, making it the highest Monday figure for any film in India, the company said.

Shares of the company declined Rs 8.95, or 1.41%, to trade at Rs 624.65. The total volume of shares traded was 48,190 at the BSE (2.18 p.m., Tuesday).
