Entertainment Network (India), a subsidiary of Times Infotainment Media,  said Wednesday the company has received the approval of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) to purchase TV Today Nwtwork (TVTN)'s four radio stations i.e. radio business in Amritsar, Jodhpur, Patiala and Shimla.

The said purchase shall be subject to fulfilment of conditions specified by the MIB, execution of relevant documents with TVTN and completion of all other relevant formalities, the company said.

Shares of the company gained Rs 89.1, or 12.26%, to settle at Rs 816. The total volume of shares traded was 74,442 at the BSE (Wednesday).
