Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in Bank of Baroda over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 295 basis points to 20.7 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 17.75 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
On the other hand, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) shareholding decreased by 298 basis points to 13.55 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 16.53 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Non institutions were holding 8.22 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, up 3 basis points from 8.19 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Corporate bodies were holding 2.43 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, down 29 basis points from 2.72 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 57.53 percent at the end of June 2015.
Shares of the bank gained Rs 1.4, or 0.93%, to trade at Rs 152. The total volume of shares traded was 264,130 at the BSE (1.11 p.m., Monday).
