Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in Infosys over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 107 basis points to 17.18 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 16.11 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
On the other hand, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) shareholding decreased by 110 basis points to 39.89 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 40.99 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Non Institutions were holding 13.07 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, down 1 basis points from 13.08 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Corporate bodies were holding 0.87 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 2 basis points from 0.85 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 13.08 percent at the end of September 2015.
Shares of the company gained Rs 7.8, or 0.7%, to trade at Rs 1,120. The total volume of shares traded was 48,736 at the BSE (11.39 a.m., Tuesday).
