Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in Hero Motocorp over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 255 basis points to 13.44 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 10.89 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
On the other hand, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) shareholding decreased by 232 basis points to 38.45 percent at the end of June 2015 quarter from 40.77 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Non Institutions were holding 13.47 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, down 23 basis points from 13.7 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Corporate bodies were holding 1.61 percent stake at the end of June 2015 quarter, down 15 basis points from 1.76 percent as on Mar 31, 2015.
Shares of the company gained Rs 39.55, or 1.53%, to trade at Rs 2,617.35. The total volume of shares traded was 17,367 at the BSE (3.12 p.m., Monday).
