Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Elecon Engineering over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 24 basis points to 0.32 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 0.56 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced shareholding in Elecon Engineering over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding decreased by 172 basis points to 7.49 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 9.21 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Non Institutions were holding 34.11 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 196 basis points from 32.15 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Corporate bodies were holding 4.03 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 71 basis points from 3.32 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 58.08 percent at the end of September 2014. Indian promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 58.08 percent at the end of September 2014. Foreign promoters' shareholding was unchanged at percent at the end of September 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.1, or 0.22%, to trade at Rs 46.40. The total volume of shares traded was 11,008 at the BSE (10.34 a.m., Wednesday).
