Diamond Power Infrastructure announced Monday the company has received an order from the Power Grid Corporation of India of worth Rs 681.7 million.
This order is for supply of Transmission Towers aggregating at 10,000 mt for 400kv D/C Lara STPS-I to Raigarh (Kotra) pooling station and 400kv (QUAD) Lara STPS-I to Champa Pooling Station Transmission Line under transmission line system associated with LARA STPS-I (2x800 MW) generation project of NTPC.
''With healthy order book of Rs 19.68 billion the company is all set to continue its good run in this financial year,'' the company said.
''With the end of September quarter company achieved Rs 8.95 billion of turnover with the net profit of Rs 403.1 million and there is a substantial increase in EPS by 19% compared to last quarter which is amounting to Rs 7.50 a share,'' it added.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.65, or 0.51%, to trade at Rs 127. The total volume of shares traded was 78,733 at the BSE (3.22 p.m., Monday).
