Den Networks, leading cable TV distribution company, announced that the company has entered into a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Jasper Infotech.

The joint venture agreement is for setting up a television channel to be used as a market place platform for facilitating the sale of branded and unbranded merchandise and services, including vouchers offered by third party sellers subject to necessary approvals.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6, or 3.69%, to trade at Rs 168.50. The total volume of shares traded was 13,093 at the BSE (9.37 a.m., Friday).
