DB Realty, a real estate developer based in Mumbai, witnessed a sharp rise in share price on Friday after it has signed a Joint Venture (JV) with ECC Konark to develop residential project in Mumbai.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 65.30, up Rs 4.35, or 7.14% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 9:45 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 66.90 and low of Rs 64.70. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 103,380.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 29.06% to 498,010 compared with 22-day average volume of 385,870.
