Crude oil price of Indian basket rises 3.5%

The international crude oil price of Indian Basket gained 3.48% to USD 70.08 a barrel (bbl) on Dec. 2, 2014. This was higher than the price of USD 67.72 a bbl on previous publishing day of Dec. 1, 2014.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 4,340.05 a bbl on Dec. 2, 2014 as compared to Rs 4,208.12  a bbl on Dec. 1, 2014. Rupee closed stronger at Rs 61.93 a USD on Dec. 2, 2014 as against Rs 62.14 a USD on Dec. 1, 2014.
