Crude oil price of Indian basket falls 4.6%

The international crude oil price of Indian Basket fall 4.57% to USD 46.97 a barrel (bbl) on Jan. 7, 2015. This was lower than the price of USD 49.22 a bbl on previous publishing day of Jan. 6, 2015.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket decreased to Rs 2,980.25 a bbl on Jan. 7, 2015 as compared to Rs 3,120.06 a bbl on Jan. 6, 2015. Rupee closed weaker  at Rs 63.45 a USD on Jan. 7, 2015 as against Rs 63.39 a USD on Jan. 6, 2015.
