The international crude oil price of Indian basket declined 2.41% to USD 41.39 a barrel (bbl) on Nov. 13, 2015 as against USD 42.41 a bbl on Nov. 12, 2015.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian basket decreased to Rs 2,737.61 a bbl on Nov. 13, 2015 as compared to Rs 2,813.92 a bbl on Nov. 12, 2015.

Rupee closed stronger at Rs 66.14 per USD on Nov. 13, 2015 as against Rs 66.35 per USD on Nov. 12, 2015.

Indian equities continued to decline for the second day on Monday. Both Sensex and Nifty were trading below 2-month low. At 10.22 a.m, the Sensex was trading down 96.07 points or 0.38% at 25,514.46 with 20 components falling. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading lower by 38.60 points or 0.50% at 7,723.65 with 35 components falling.
