Crompton Greaves (CG), an engineering firm, witnessed a rise in share price on Friday after the company has signed a new contract to provide ZIV protections for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), the largest power utility company in the Middle East serving approximately five million customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 195, up Rs 2.2, or 1.14% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 9:53 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 196.40 and low of Rs 194. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 153,536.
