Consumer price inflation in India, as represented by Consumer Price Index (CPI), gained to 5.21% in November from 4.88% in the previous month. In December 2016, CPI inflation was at 3.41%.

Consumer Food Price Index (CFPI) 4.85% from 4.35% in the previous month. In December 2016, CFPI inflation was at 1.37%.
