Colonial First State Investment sold 1.07% stake in Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL), the real estate development company in India for Rs 498.40 million.

Colonial First State sold 4.48 million shares at a price of Rs 111.20 a share at the National Stock Exchange.

Shares of Housing Development and Infrastructure  settled at Rs 111.00, up Rs 0.15, or 0.14%  at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 28.38% to 31,155,498 compared with 22-day average volume of 24,268,768.
