CMC, a systems engineering and integration company in India, announced a decline in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 3.67% to Rs 562.83 million from Rs 584.28 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 13.43% to Rs 6,722.41 million, compared with Rs 5,926.35 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 18.58, registering 3.63% decline over previous year period.
On Standalone basis, the company announced a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 3.07 times to Rs 1,287.63 million from Rs 419.29 million in the same quarter last year.
Shares of the company declined Rs 16.25, or 0.8%, to settle at Rs 2,025. The total volume of shares traded was 3,208 at the BSE (Tuesday).
