CHD Developers, the leaders of innovative development, witnessed a sharp rise in share price on Tuesday after it has launched, a new Project 'CHD Resortico' in Sector-34, Sohna, Gurgaon.

The land is spread over an area of 10.025 acres with a total saleable area of apx. 10 Lacs Sq. Ft. The project is under joint development and CHD holds 68% of the total project.

Shares of CHD Developers are trading at Rs 20.70, up Rs 1.55, or 8.09% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 12:56 p.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 21.40 and low of Rs 18.30. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 311,066.
