Century Plyboards (India), engaged in manufacturing of wood and wood products, announced that the company's wholly owned subsidiary Century Ply  in Singapore has incorporated a step-down subsidiary by the name PT Century Ply Indonesia in Indonesia on July 03, 2015.

The said subsidiary has been incorporated with the object of trading in timber, manufacturing and trading in plywood and all wood products and materials and providing related services. 

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.1, or 2.15%, to trade at Rs 194.55. The total volume of shares traded was 22,372 at the BSE (9.57 a.m., Wednesday).
