C&C Constructions jumps 20% on order worth USD 141 mn

C&C Constructions, one of India's fastest growing construction conglomerates, witnessed a rise in share price on Thursday after the company bagged a project from Engineering Projects (India) -Oman, for road and civil works in the Sultanate of Oman. The contract value of the project is USD 141.28 million. Shares of C&C Constructions are trading at Rs 13.64, up Rs 2.27, or 19.96% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 10:59 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 13.64 and low of Rs 12.75. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 236,980.
In the earlier session, the shares declined 1.98%, or Rs 0.23, at Rs 11.37. Currently, the stock is trading down 75.58% from its 52-week high of Rs 55.85 and above 33.73% over the 52-week low of Rs 10.20.
