Camson Bio Technologies today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zuari Agri Sciences. Camson is India's IPR-driven Agri-biotechnology company and is at the forefront of the agricultural revolution in the country.
Zuari is engaged in production and trading of high-yielding hybrid seeds and crop care products. Zuari Agri Sciences (ZASL) is engaged in research, development, production and marketing of a wide range of seeds for field crops and vegetables, sold under the 'Jai Kisaan' brand name.
The company has technical collaborations with Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Serbia; ICRISAT, Hyderabad and Monsanto. Currently in a growth phase, the company is expanding its product portfolio to include a wide range of bio-agri inputs.
Products manufactured by Camson will be marketed by Zuari under their brand name.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.5, or 4.97%, to trade at Rs 66.90. The total volume of shares traded was 10,464 at the BSE (3.11 p.m., Thursday).
