Brigade Enterprises gained on Monday after Brigade Group and GIC, Singapore entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on to jointly invest up to Rs 15 billion in residential and mixed-use developments in select cities of South India.
The joint venture aims to acquire land for residential and mixed-use developments in cities primarily where the secular demand for high quality units is high.
Shares of the company gained Rs 9.7, or 7.7%, to trade at Rs 135.65. The total volume of shares traded was 144,918 at the BSE (2.39 p.m., Monday).
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 145.40 and low of Rs 122.35. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 144,918.
