Bombay HC allows Nestle to export Maggi Noodles

Nestle India, the leading nutrition, health and wellness company, announced that the Bombay High Court on Tuesday allowed Nestle India to export Maggi noodles, but currently banned in Maharashtra and other states. The next hearing will be held on July 14.
''As the matter is sub-judice we cannot make further comment on the case at this stage. We await the official order from the court,'' the company said in a statement. Shares of the company gained Rs 203.5, or 3.35%, to trade at Rs 6,270. The total volume of shares traded was 26,524 at the BSE (2.12 p.m., Tuesday).
