Bharti Airtel, a leading integrated telecommunications company, shares gained on Monday after it announced an agreement for the divestment of over 3,500 telecoms towers from Airtel to Eaton Towers.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 404.20, up Rs 3.65, or 0.91% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 11:09 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 407.45 and low of Rs 401.65. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 289,752.
