BEML, a premier sector company under the Ministry of Defence, witnessed a rise in share price on Wednesday after the company has bagged a prestigious order worth Rs 5.70 billion form Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for the supply of 70 cars which are in addition to 92 cars being manufactured for Delhi Metro.
Shares of the comapny are trading at Rs 582, up Rs 4.85, or 0.84% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 605.05 and low of Rs 575. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 83,045.
