Bajaj Electricals, consumer electrical equipments manufacturing company based in Mumbai, said that the engineering & project business unit of the company has bagged a new order worth Rs 313.5 million.
This order is for EHV sub-station and associated transmission line for Odisha Power Transmission Company (OPTCL). The project needs to complete in 24 months.
Earlier, the company has bagged a new order worth Rs 1.08 billion. This is for turnkey construction of transmission lines from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.6, or 0.27%, to trade at Rs 221.25. The total volume of shares traded was 114,268 at the BSE (10.50 a.m., Thursday).
