Bajaj Auto shares gained on Tuesday after it announced a rise of 8% in sales to 3,36,840 units in August compared to 3,12,188 units sold in last year period.

Shares of Bajaj Auto are trading at Rs 2,289, up Rs 26.1, or 1.15% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 10:03 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 2,299.00 and low of Rs 2,255. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 5,763.
