Axis Bank said that the bank has allotted 1,12,510 equity shares of Rs 2 each on Jan. 19, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,75,88,384  to 472,78,13,404 Rs (236,39,06,702 equity shares of Rs 2 each).

Shares of the bank declined Rs 4.65, or 0.84%, to settle at Rs 546.90. The total volume of shares traded was 513,891 at the BSE (Wednesday).
