Assam Petrochemicals swung to a loss for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the company reported a loss of Rs 37.65 million compared with a profit of Rs 54.03 million in the same quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter declined 33.97% to Rs 194.53 million, compared with Rs 294.61 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share stood negative at Rs 4.13 compared with Rs 5.92 in same quarter last year.
