Ashoka Buildcon bags highway project worth Rs 2.77 bn

 Ashoka Buildcon, engaged in building and operating road and bridge projects, announced that the company has bagged a Rs 2.77 billion project from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
 ''The company has received Letter of Award from NHAI in respect of the project development of 4-lane Islampur Bypass of 10.31 km Length on NH-31 in the state of West Bengal under NHDP Phase-ll on EPC Basis,'' the company said.
Shares of the company gained Rs 3.65, or 2.22%, to trade at Rs 168.10. The total volume of shares traded was 0 at the BSE (9.08 a.m., Monday).
