Ashoka Buildcon, engaged in building and operating road and bridge projects in India, announced that nomination and remuneration committee of the board of directors of the company has allotted 2,40,811 equity shares to eligible employees as per ESOP Scheme 2007.
The share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 79,19,50,720 divided into 15,83,90,144 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.1, or 0.07%, to trade at Rs 141.25. The total volume of shares traded was 3,487 at the BSE (10.57 a.m., Monday).
