Apollo India Private Equity II (Mauritius) has sold 4.40% stake in Dish TV on Friday for Rs 4.86 billion. It sold 46.91 million shares at an average price of Rs 103.65 a share on the Bombay Stock Echange (BSE).

On the other hand, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Private has picked 2.43% stake in Dish TV for Rs 2.69 billion. It has purchased 25.99 million shares at a price of Rs 103.65.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.45, or 0.43%, to trade at Rs 106.05. The total volume of shares traded was 412,487 at the BSE (11.54 a.m., Monday).
