Allied Digital and Kazan IT-Park signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Mumbai.

Nitin Shah, chairman and managing director of Allied Digital services said, ''Allied Digital have signed up an MoU with Kazan IT-Park to provide consultancy, design, build and operate TIER III datacenter using the latest sate of the art technology. This datacenter will be the backbone for providing cloud services to various SME's at Kazan and around other regions in Russia. The datacenter will operate 24/7 with high level of redundancy to provide high uptime. It will have a Disaster Recovery (DR) back up site to provide high availability and business continuity. Allied Digital Services with its vast experience and expertise will also build state of the art Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC) to monitor clients infrastructure, applications and securities.''

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.75, or 8.79%, to trade at Rs 21.65. The total volume of shares traded was 27,640 at the BSE (2.26 p.m., Monday).
