8KMiles Software Services, the leading provider of secure Cloud solutions today announced that 8K Miles has entered into the asset purchase agreement with Cintel Systems, one of the leading User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and development services firms in the USA, with more than 7 years of experience developing user interfaces for desktop, mobile and tablets across a wide range of industry segments.

This agreement includes acquisitions of Intellectual Property (IP), client contracts and employees. The total amount of this acquisition is considered to be USD 3,750,000 combination of cash and stock.

Shares of the company gained Rs 24.75, or 3.52%, to trade at Rs 728.75. The total volume of shares traded was 10,314 at the BSE (9.58 a.m., Wednesday).
