The international crude oil price of Indian basket gained 1.63% to USD 47.31 a barrel (bbl) on July 14, 2017 as against USD 46.55 a bbl on July 13, 2017.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian basket increased to Rs 3,049.48 a bbl on July 14, 2017 as compared to Rs 2,999.54 a bbl on July 13, 2017.

Rupee closed weaker at Rs. 64.45 per USD on July 14, 2017 as against Rs. 64.44 per USD on July 13, 2017.

Local stock markets bounced back on Monday snapping earlier losses. Both Sensex and Nifty were trading at a new life time high. At 10.50 a.m, the Sensex was trading up 99.18 points or 0.31% at 32,119.93 with 19 components gaining. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 31.65 points or 0.32% at 9,918.00 with 31 components gaining.
