Gayatri Projects has bagged a new order of Rs 4.93 billion. This project is in JV, with Gayatri Projects being the lead partner with 74% stake.
The project is for construction of new 6 lane tunnel at Khambataki Ghat Section of NH-4 and its approaches from existing Km.771.730 to existing Km.782.000 in the State of Maharshtra under NHDP Phase - V on EPC Mode.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Dec. 14, 2018, falling 6.20% compared with the Sensex's 2.34% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 14.90% as against 5.59% fall in the Sensex.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.45, or 0.87%, to trade at Rs 167.55. The total volume of shares traded was 421 at the BSE (9.35 a.m., Monday).
